Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and commitment of all clients, as well as the preparation required for each appointment, the following cancellation guidelines apply:
- 24‑Hour Notice Required — Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows the appointment to be offered to another client.
- Same‑Day Cancellations — Appointments canceled on the same day will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
- No‑Call / No‑Show Appointments — Clients who do not show up for their appointment and do not contact us in advance will be charged 40% of the scheduled service total. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Late Arrivals — Arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling.
In these cases, the applicable cancellation fee may still apply.
This policy ensures fairness to all clients and helps maintain a smooth, reliable schedule.
